Picnic Box

Welcome to my stop on Club Scrap's Picnic Blog Hop.

I used the Club Stamp Picnic Text Print to wrap this storage box. It's a hinged lid box that holds 5x7" cards and mini albums.

The lid lifts and allows the front wall to drop down.

The first step was cutting the book board pieces using a grid ruler and utility knife, then gluing them together to form the box and lid.

Once the lid and body of the box were assembled, it was time to wrap the lid, body, and side door. Play some "wrap" music for this.

Paper also served as the hinges for the door and lid. If you took my Clock Tower Workshop at the 2013 Retreat, you know all about this.

This box provides lovely storage for my set of Picnic Greetings To Go cards.
